Refunds are credited directly to the customer’s bank account.
We do not issue refunds through any other route.

Refund timelines depend on the payment method used and may also vary based on the pickup location and processing time.
Online Payments (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI)
Refunds are usually processed within 12–15 business days.
In some cases, the timeline may take longer depending on the pickup location and processing cycle.
Offline Payments (NEFT)
Refunds are usually processed within 10–15 business days.
